Johnson Industrial Projects arrives in Mendoza to present the perfect Prunus post-harvest model

Friends from Argentina, we have the pleasure of inviting you to an unmissable, interesting and enriching talk in Mendoza, on key management to control post-harvest dehydration of Prunus (cherries, peaches and others).

September 6 will be an ideal opportunity to discuss practices to control metabolism and dehydration in each harvesting process (field collection, transport to plant, reception at plant, raw material chamber and maritime transport), led by Sebastián Johnson, general manager of Proyectos Industriales Johnson, an expert in humidification, who is visiting us from Chile with the aim of presenting his ideas and knowledge.

In addition, Johnson will highlight the advantages of its post-harvest humidification equipment, which has managed to reduce dehydration by 80% of the entire process.

The activity will take place in the hall of the Uncuyo innovation area building, located at Rafael Cubillos #2056, Parque Tecnológico Mendoza TIC, Godoy Cruz, Mendoza. If you have any questions or need more information, do not hesitate to contact us by writing to us at: contacto@pij.cl, or calling us at: +569-934244859.

This will be a valuable event, which will surely have a significant impact on your post-harvest process. We count on you to be there to share this fruitful experience together!
