Fedefruta and the University of O'Higgins commit to a work agenda for the development of fruit in the area

Fedefruta President Jorge Valenzuela held a meeting at the UOH facilities in San Fernando with Andrea Muller, Director of the School of Agro-Food, Animal and Environmental Sciences, María José Ubilla (deputy director of the same), Paula Toro, Head of the Agricultural Engineering program, and Rodrigo Contreras, Director of the Institute of Agro-Food, Animal and Environmental Sciences.

The invitation was made by Alejandra Valencia, in charge of Community Relations at the University of O'Higgins, and during the meeting, joint work agendas were agreed upon to bring the establishment's agricultural training and research closer to the fruit sector, and vice versa.

The scope of these plans between Fedefruta and the UOH will soon be announced.
