Smartcherry, the leading platform for technical dissemination on cherry cultivation, welcomes the arrival of HappyAgro and its flagship product, FirmPro, to its select portfolio of suppliers. HappyAgro is a Chilean company that stands out for the development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative solutions for the agricultural industry worldwide.

Among these advances is FirmPro, a revolutionary automated quality measurement system for cherries and other fruits. It consists of an instrument that currently measures firmness, size and color, and incorporates advanced software for data acquisition and management. This system is also offered with training, technical support, and maintenance and calibration services.

Contribution to agriculture

HappyAgro's purpose is to help agro-industrial development to bring the best fruit to people. Their proposal is to provide an excellent service, accompanying their clients in the development of their businesses, with a 24/7 customer service and updating their service as the industry requires. In addition, they are aware that the industry evolves and they have learned to evolve with it.

Among other products, the Colorimeter stands out, an accessory of FirmPro, which captures images and analyzes the color of cherries, and the new launch, FirmPro Portable, a battery-powered version with Bluetooth connection that allows measurements "in the field" explains the CEO and founder of HappyAgro, Robinson Gálvez.

“Laboratory measurement equipment is sophisticated, but we strive to make it as user-friendly as possible, both in terms of product design and training and user support,” adds Gálvez.

Commitment to precision agriculture and benefit for producers

The solutions offered by HappyAgro benefit the actors involved in the fruit production chain, from planting to final consumption. “The secret of our product’s success lies in the implementation of our continuous improvement policy based on active listening to our customers, in addition to the use of the best manufacturing materials available on the market,” concludes Gálvez.

In turn, the HappyAgro team, motivated to achieve a better position in the Chilean market and expand its borders, has decided to join Smartcherry. This collaboration, according to the company, will allow it to increase the visibility of its products and explore new opportunities in the regional market.
