This Wednesday, May 3, the official launch was given for Macfrut 2023, a fruit and vegetable fair that takes place at Expo Centre Rimini, Italy. The symbolic fruit this year is the blueberry, however the event offers diverse information, products and services for the production of cherries and other fruit species.
For this occasion, Macfrut will have more than 60 thousand square meters, 1,100 exhibiting companies in production, technology, packaging, logistics and services, showing a growth of 35 percent compared to 2022.
Macfrut 2023 has a strong international focus, as noted by its President Renzo Piraccini: «A new era begins, one that Macfrut will experience as a leading international player, marking a turning point compared to the past, characterized by larger exhibition spaces, by the doubling of exhibitors who will come to Romagna from all over the world, and by a new way of conceiving the concept of the fair».
