A successful premiere was recorded this Thursday, August 15, with the third chapter of the second season of Reportajes on Smartcherry TV. The episode captured the attention of the audience, which received very well the tips and recommendations of advisors Raúl Osorio and Juan José Donoso.
«Calibration of agricultural equipment or agricultural sprayers is a task that is carried out once a year, ideally permanently, where we must know exactly the volume of water that we must apply at each crop opportunity», said Raúl Osorio, director of Peulla.
For his part, Juan José Donoso warned that "If I am not calibrated, I will be applying more or less, which means under- or over-dosing, which can generate problems with resistance selection or failure to control the pest or even rejection because I exceeded the residue limits."

Emilio Martínez from Avium's R&D and technical extension department and Ricardo Rojas, technical advisor of the same company, also participated in the chapter. Both agreed that today producers are more aware of the importance of reviewing, diagnosing, maintaining and calibrating agricultural machinery in order to achieve productive success.
