Traditional ERP software focuses on the financial perspective, so the supply chain is summarized into purchase orders, sales orders, production orders, etc. for accounting purposes. But business is constantly changing, and in the fruit procurement scenario - wholesale purchase, one-off purchase, import purchase - each procurement mode has very different requirements for management. From a purely financial perspective, the needs of business process management cannot be met.
With the development of Internet technology, scenario-based services such as online taxi booking, online shopping, and online food ordering have become deeply rooted in people's lives. Traditional ERP systems, which do not take business scenarios into account, mainly focus on financial results, making it difficult to meet industry demand with scenario-based applications.
The information management needs of the fruit industry can only be understood by going deep into the fruit industry itself. Therefore, the industry software is designed from a vertical perspective, breaking the boundaries of traditional ERP, SCM, CRM, WMS, TMS and other systems divided by functions. Unlike traditional ERP software, we do not have to consider a wide range of industries in the financial system. Developing a financial module specifically for the fruit industry is not technically complicated. However, this brings challenges in implementation and maintenance. The scope of financial concepts is extensive, reaching down to the group level.
We made the decision to further develop our own financial module to meet the enterprise finance integration needs of most small and medium-sized fruit companies. Cost allocation and accounting vouchers within the fruit industry are relatively fixed, reducing the cumbersome use of two systems for customers. For large-scale companies, we establish integration solutions with mainstream financial systems to meet financial audit requirements.

What new products or services will your company showcase at ExpoInternacional de Frutas 2023?
We are developing software for detailed processing of fruit, where it can be processed by ingredients, semi-finished products or finished products in small packages, closer to the needs of the channel and consumers.
We have been piloting at several partner factories, gradually evolving it. We look forward to showcasing it to interested customers at the Fruit Expo in September.
