Smartcherry, the leading platform for technical dissemination on cherry cultivation, presented this Thursday the premiere of its highly anticipated series of reports with its inaugural episode called: “The Perfect Storm.” This first chapter will address the complexities of the recent cherry season, highlighting the challenges arising from the “El Niño” phenomenon and the impact of climate change on the industry.

This new audiovisual project, which will be broadcast through Smartcherry's YouTube channel, promises to immerse viewers in a deep dive into the world of cherry cultivation, providing critical analysis and perspectives from experts in the field.

The first broadcast of “The Perfect Storm” was on December 21, at 9:30 p.m. From this premiere, the series will continue with a new installment every 15 days, exploring various topics relevant to the cherry industry.

MIP Agro, Cogrowers and Agri Marine Terra have joined forces as sponsors of the first part of this first episode. These industry-leading companies support the production of specialized content, underlining their commitment to the development and dissemination of knowledge in the field of cherry cultivation.

It should also be noted that each report will feature the active participation of advisors, experts and various key players in the cherry industry, who will share knowledge, experiences and stories that will enrich the audience's understanding of the challenges for quality production.
