This year, the webinar entitled “Challenges in post-harvest cherry processing and its impact on business” will provide the basis for implementing a management model for humidity control in post-harvest and the impact that this item has on the business.
This coming Thursday, August 1st at 10:00 AM, Proyectos Industriales Johnson will hold its annual webinar via Zoom, where new strategies for post-harvesting cherries will be discussed, based on studies conducted in previous seasons. This year, the focus will be on maintaining optimal condition of cherries through the implementation of new strategies and innovative technologies, directly impacting their sales price.
The event will be attended by the General Manager, Sebastián Johnson, along with the Agricultural Engineer and Head of R&D at PIJ, Valentina Vesely, who in previous years have managed to gather more than 250 attendees remotely.
This year, the invitation is also extended to countries such as Peru, Argentina and the United States, where Johnson Industrial Projects has been present in various fields and processing plants, advising and studying the best strategies so that producers and exporters can benefit from our humidification systems.
