On May 8, In-Pacta Chile and its partner Copeval organized an enriching field day in Chillán, where the agricultural community gathered to share knowledge and experiences. Consuelo Jiménez, as organizer of the event, together with Valentina Castro, Head of Regulation and Development, led an outstanding technical talk, along with the special guest, Dr. Andrés France, agricultural engineer and PhD in phytopathology, who gave an invaluable presentation on wood diseases in fruit trees.
During the talk, Dr. France provided key information on how to effectively recognize, prevent and manage these diseases. In addition, the Tifi powder product, a zero-waste biofungicide, was particularly highlighted as a crucial tool in the fight against Wood Diseases (WDD). This solution emerged as one of the best options currently available to combat this problem, emphasizing its relevance in the current agricultural context.
In summary, the field day organized by In-Pacta Chile and Copeval was a resounding success, providing an invaluable space for learning and collaboration in the agricultural community. The outstanding technical talk by Dr. Andrés France and the emphasis on the use of Tifi powder as a solution for EDLM left a significant impression on the attendees.
