The fruit and vegetable fair will take place from 8 to 10 May in Rimini, Italy.
Just a few days before the launch of a new version of Macfrut, we spoke with Carlos Tapia, a specialist advisor in cherry production and technical director of Avium, who will participate as an exhibitor at the International Congress of Biosolutions.
"I will be responsible for showing at the Macfrut fair in Italy a little about the reality of cherry production in Chile, our participation as a producing and exporting country and what our nature is today in terms of production and export, in my case obviously production, and how we can face the challenges of Chilean production, based on the biosolutions that the market offers today, from the nutritional, phytosanitary, etc. point of view," Carlos Tapia explained
The interesting event will address the question of which are the best biosolutions for high-quality cherries. The congress, organised by Agrinet, will take place next Thursday 9 May from 10:30 to 12:30, at the Rimini Exhibition Centre, within the context of the Macfrut 2024 fair.
