SUNCLEAR, for your garden, more than just a sunscreen

High temperatures and excessive solar radiation can cause various negative effects on the plant and the quality of the fruit. One of the main cosmetic problems of the fruit, causing rejections at the export level, is sunburn, which manifests itself as a stain on the epidermis that negatively affects the appearance and quality of the fruit. On the other hand, the photosynthetic efficiency of the plant can be reduced by the closure of stomata and damage to leaves due to burns, which translates into decreased photosynthesis, dehydration, premature ripening, difficulty in the fruit taking color, and general stress of the plant. In post-harvest, excess radiation has great relevance in cherry trees by promoting the incidence of double fruits.

Therefore, it is important to implement protective measures, such as the use of sunscreens during periods of greatest stress. These help reduce direct radiation reaching the leaves and fruits by forming a physical or chemical barrier over them.

Chemie has developed an innovative formula capable of dealing with the climatic conditions that affect fruit orchards, promoting optimal productive development and fruit quality.

SUNCLEAR is a translucent sunscreen formulated from calcium, boron and fatty acids as the main barrier against solar radiation, which helps promote the stability of the cuticle of leaves, flowers and fruits. In addition, it contains natural plant oils capable of regenerating and protecting cellular tissues from solar rays (UVB). This helps the plant reduce stress caused by high temperatures, without affecting the plant's metabolic processes.

SUNCLEAR will provide plants with the appropriate protection to mitigate thermal and radiative stress during crucial stages for proper fruit development, such as induction and differentiation, in order to promote proper orchard production for the following season.
