Fruit Attraction announces a new edition of the Innovation Hubs Awards 

The Brazilian Embassy hosted the presentation of the 2023 edition on the occasion of its participation as a Featured Importing Country, alongside Canada and the United States.

The Fair, organised by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX, will take place from 3 to 5 October in the Spanish capital, consolidating its leadership with 1,800 companies from 55 countries, more than 58,000 m2 of fruit and vegetable offerings and an expected attendance of 90,000 professionals from 130 countries. 

Andalusia will take center stage as Guest Region at Fruit Attraction 2023. 


Fruit Attraction, organized by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX will celebrate its 15th Anniversary from October 3rd to 5th. The fair recorded, Five months after the start, a occupation of 80%, according to its director, Maria Jose Sanchez, at the presentation of the 2023 edition, which took place at the Embassy of Brazil on the occasion of his participation as Featured Importing Country. In which he also participated Jorge F. Brotons, president of FEPEX, and Orlando Leite Ribeiro, Brazilian ambassador to Spain.  

So far, The awarded exhibition area amounts to 46,602 m2, which  This represents an increase of 8% compared to the same date last year. With all this, the forecasts for the next edition They are optimistic about the participation figures, which are set at 1,800 companies from 55 countries, more than 58,000 m2 of fruit and vegetable offerings and an expected attendance of 90,000 professionals from 130 countries. 

Today, the fair has confirmed participation from practically all the production areas and Autonomous Communities of Spain, as well as with the international participation of 45 countries, which demonstrates the firm commitment of the entire sector to the project in this new edition of the Fair.  

Fruit Attraction 2023 will occupy eight pavilions of the IFEMA MADRID exhibition centre -3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10-, turning the city into a world epicentre for the marketing of fresh products, with innovation, quality and diversity as the main attributes of this great business centre. Recognized by operators and retailers around the world and essential for planning your campaigns in a key moment, as it is the month of October.
