There is less fruit left to arrive and within this second part of the season, this week is undoubtedly the most relevant in terms of volume, with close to 80% of everything that is missing and where the main ship that stands out is Cisnes with close to 700 containers.
The second most important port is Cautín, with approximately 217 equivalent containers. These two ports account for nearly 80% of the total volume for the week.
During week 5, the change in the season's dynamism was still noticeable, with slow movement, given the drop in demand. Partly this is because what is most visible on the market is Regina, around 70% of the total varieties present, and which is showing, to a greater or lesser degree, quality observations for the late part.

The main thing is the presence of internal browning and a change in flavour. This makes buyers very cautious when purchasing and has been reflected in the demand.
It is also seen how the cherry is losing its prominence in retail sectors such as supermarkets and fruit shops.
In the coming weeks, very little volume is expected to arrive, less than 200 containers in week 6, and similar or less for week 7.
An important fact, however, is that, based on the calculations of our team of correspondents, and in conversation with importers and wholesalers, there would have been a stock of approximately 900 containers from week 5 for the current week.

As for reference prices, these have dropped a little, but not so noticeably, since this is the lowest price part of the season; but the range within each calibre has increased.
