This recognition does not mean that we have reached the end of the road” – Jack Dabiké, general manager of the subsidiary in Chile, said –“On the contrary, we will continue working to further improve our working conditions, teamwork and focusing on the problems we still have in some areas” - Emphasizing the fact that a good work environment is constantly worked on to perpetuate itself over time, paying attention to the different problems and scenarios that develop on a daily basis.

The work environment is one of the most important factors in the development of a company, as it impacts all the links that make it up. A good work environment enhances productivity and work efficiency, but more importantly, it enhances the emotional health and personal development of employees.
