Quality Fruit Growers has been benefiting from TOMRA Food's InVision2 for four years

The Chilean company began operations in 2017 with cherry exports to China and in 2018 installed an InVision2 sorting machine in its San Luis meat processing plant. José Manuel Silva, partner and founder of the company, spoke about his experience with TOMRA solutions. “What is needed is a very good final product and having a machine like this is very important to be able to achieve the product that we want on the market.”

With 7 unique views of each cherry, InVision2 with TotalView is the only inspection technology capable of inspecting 100 % of the fruit surface, with no blind spots, at full production speed.

Compared to other sorters, TotalView cameras are positioned at lower inspection angles and closer to the fruit. This results in superior image quality and better identification of defects in each piece of fruit.
