The second chapter of the Yara podcast channel is now available

Following the success of the inaugural episode of Yara “Long-term nutrition for cherry orchards and protection against “hidden hunger””, our partner has just released a new podcast. It is the chapter entitled “Fertigation, easy, efficient and within your reach.”

In this episode, Amparo Medina, Senior Agronomist for Yara Latin America, talks with Luis Ángel López, an expert in nutrition and fertigation, about the possibilities offered by fertigation.

“Fertigation is a concept that combines fertilizer management with water, that is, it is not enough for water to be a vector to carry the fertilizer to the plant, but we have to talk about a magic word in this case, which is “concentration”; it is a certain concentration in the water, adjusted according to the phenological states of the plant, so that we give the plant exactly what it needs at all times, to optimize, maximize yield, quality and minimize costs., explains Luis Ángel López, an expert in nutrition and fertigation.

All Yara content is also present in our podcast channel on Spotify.
