WiseConn boosts agricultural education at the University of Talca with new weather station

In an initiative aimed at strengthening the training of future professionals in the agricultural sector, WiseConn has installed a meteorological station at the Colchagua Campus of the University of Talca. The event, which took place on August 8 at the university campus, was an excellent opportunity for students to interact with the latest technologies in the field.

During the day, Fernanda Ruz, Customer Care at WiseConn LATAM, led a training session in which students learned about the operation and practical applications of the weather station. This training was key for students to understand how these tools can improve efficiency and sustainability in agriculture.

In addition to the installation and training, participants had the opportunity to share ideas and showcase the academic activities they are developing at the university. Students showed great interest in the technologies presented, underlining the importance of integrating innovation into their learning and professional future.

“At WiseConn we are committed to education and technological development in agriculture. The collaboration with the University of Talca allows us not only to share knowledge, but also to inspire new generations to make the most of the technological tools available,” said Fernanda Ruz during the event.

At the end of the activity, WiseConn thanked the University of Talca for the trust placed in the company to carry out this project, which will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of the agricultural sector in the region.
