The China Cherry Brand Conference and the National Cherry Production and Marketing Conference were held in Jinhua City from May 26 to 28, and our representative of Smartcherry in China, Simon Brantes, was invited to present at the “Development of China’s High-end Cherry Market”.
Simon Brantes, who is also managing director of DNF Pacific Group, a business development agency, explained: “The event aims to promote the development of the Chinese cherry industry towards industrialization and internationalization, as well as to connect with foreign players in the cherry industry. For my part, along with the overview of the Chilean cherry industry, it has been a great opportunity to present Smartcherry, our leading multi-platform media source in the cherry industry, in such a relevant market as China.”

“Smartcherry provides global industry news, expert knowledge and specialized technical content, and is strategically based in Chile, the world’s leading cherry exporter,” added the representative of Smartcherry in China.
Brantes thanked the Chilean Fruit Exporters Association and iQonsulting for providing the latest figures on the Chilean cherry market.
These conferences took place alongside two major industry events, IFresh Cherry and the IX International Cherry Symposium last week in Beijing, China.
