The awards of the 1st edition of Corteva's TalentA Program in Chile were presented

At Corteva Agriscience we are committed to an inclusive and diverse culture, which is why the goal of the TalentA Program is to promote the talent and entrepreneurship of women in rural areas.

In a sector where women have fewer opportunities and greater difficulties to undertake and work, investing in the development of their projects and their economic empowerment is synonymous with commitment to the future of the rural world. For this reason, we seek to raise awareness to eliminate biases and provide solutions by reducing the historical gender gap that exists in the sector.

Corteva Agriscience's TalentA Program reflects our organization's commitment to a training and financing program for rural women entrepreneurs who are working on projects in the agricultural or agri-food sector. The call for applications for the first edition of the TalentA Program in Chile was aimed at women entrepreneurs from rural communities in the Metropolitan Region. Based on a series of pre-established criteria, the winners were selected and will receive training and dissemination of their ventures. In addition, first place will receive a US$$5000 award in materials and supplies.
