On this occasion, the Regional Manager of WiseConn Latam, Tomás Vicente Urcelay, participated as a panelist in Forum 2: "Water: Availability, management and its efficient use in cherry cultivation." Forum moderated by Carlos Tapia and with a panel of experts composed of Lucas Ignacio Ferrada Montero, Francisco José Contardo Morandé and Rodrigo Callejas.
The event addressed crucial issues for the sector, such as evapotranspiration, the correct location of irrigation lines, technology for efficient water use and the importance of training in irrigation practices. These topics are essential to promote sustainability and productivity in agriculture, especially in cherry cultivation.
The WiseConn team also took the opportunity to interact with specialist cherry cultivation consultants, sharing experiences and knowledge with our current and potential new customers.
We would like to thank the organizers and attendees of CherryTech 2024 for providing us with this platform to share knowledge and collaborate in promoting sustainable agricultural practices. At WiseConn, we remain committed to innovation and water efficiency, thus contributing to the development of a more sustainable and productive agriculture.
