FMC insecticide obtained official approval for fruit trees in Taiwan

This is Exirel (cyantraniliprole), which is now also tolerated in Taiwan.

On February 17, 2023, Exirel, an insecticide owned by FMC, received official approval for stone fruit in Taiwan.

This is demonstrated by the following box where Exirel can also be used for pest control in cherry trees, since it has a tolerance in the Asian country of 4 ppm.

Excellent news for cherry and stone fruit producers who want to export to
Taiwan, since they will have one more tool for control Drosophila suzukii, oriental moth (Cydia is annoying), California thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis), vine donkey (Naupactus xanthographus) and aphids (Myzus persicae).

For any questions or to obtain more information about Exirel and other FMC products, please contact the technical department.
