The transport protocols related to Covid-19 in China have been much stricter than in other parts of the world; in fact, it is the country where it has taken the longest to lift certain requirements. Until the first week of December, the main wholesale markets for imported fresh fruit in China, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Jiaxing, were operating, however under certain measures, which we will detail below:

Guangzhou: A special pass is required for those entering the imported fruit area. Access to other areas, such as the local fruit and vegetable area, is subject to strict restrictions and requires additional permits. PCR test requirement (24 hrs.) and no travel record to high-risk areas. Valid identification must be presented.
Shanghai: PCR test requirement (24 hrs.) and no record of travel to high-risk areas. Present valid identification document.

Jiaxing: PCR test requirement (24 hrs.) and no record of travel to high-risk areas. Present valid identification document.
Along with the Guangzhou and Shanghai markets, the market of Jiaxing It is one of the main distribution points for fresh fruit in China.
