The accumulation of Chilling Hours (CH) is essential information for cherry production; in addition to the fact that each variety has its own requirements, knowing how many CH each orchard has accumulated is essential for decision-making, for example when applying dormancy breakers.
For the fourth consecutive year, Smartcherry will publish the weekly report prepared by Avium's technical team "Evolution and comparison of the accumulation of Chilling Hours, Season 2024-2025", which includes information between the Metropolitan and Los Lagos regions, as well as a comparison with up to nine previous seasons.
