CAAE Certification is one of the leading certification bodies in Europe, specialising in organic production, operating globally, providing services that meet the diverse needs of the organic sector in Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asia.

Control-Tec is a range of equipment for the application of post-harvest treatment products and technologies for the control and management of fresh fruit in fruit and vegetable plants, which includes solutions for lines, storage chambers or process water treatment. Certification has been granted to 5 equipments that are now compatible with EU organic production standards:
- Control-Tec™ Applicator Washer: This equipment facilitates the washing of fruit after harvesting using less water and ecological detergents, which minimizes the environmental impact while helping with compliance with food safety regulations. It also allows the use of technological adjuvants authorized for organic products.
- Control-Tec™ Degreening: This equipment manages in an advanced way the degreening and ripening parameters, such as ethylene, temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide levels, to preserve the quality of the fruit, favouring a uniform degreening of citrus fruits or the ripening of other climacteric fruits.
- Control-Tec™ Echo:A water recycling solution that extends the life of treatment water during post-harvest processes, reducing water consumption by up to 60%3T. It is a sustainable complement to drenchers and other water-intensive post-harvest processes.
- Control-Tec™ Pure Air: Using ultraviolet (UV) light technology, this equipment filters ambient air in storage or transport chambers, minimizing bacterial and fungal spores, improving the conservation of fruits and vegetables.
- Control-Tec™ Ultrahumidifier: An automatic system that controls relative humidity levels in fruit and vegetable storage chambers, maintaining high humidity without wetting the fruit, thus reducing weight loss and dehydration.
