Recently, a joint effort has been agreed between the companies IVU Chile SpA, representative of the new varieties of IVU Early Cherries from California, and the technical group Avium SpA, where its director Carlos Tapia, together with his technical team, will support the management of the new varieties of IVU early cherries.
This agreement is born from the interest of both parties and they share a common objective, that our producers succeed in producing IVU varieties, with a short, medium and long-term technical management plan, which allows them to have results without the need for a complex technical package. The idea is to achieve good production with simple management.
IVU varieties are being planted in different parts of the world, where Chile plays a fundamental role due to the importance and size of the industry. For IVU Chile SpA, having the technical support of a team like Avium provides professional backing that will be a great support for producers and companies participating in this project in Chile and globally.
Our joint work will be based on a permanent monitoring of the development of IVU varieties in Chile, generating relevant information for their management, in order to generate extension of the information permanently and directly with the group of exporters and producers associated with the program.
As IVU Chile SpA, we believe that working together with the Avium SpA technical team specialized in cherries is the basis for better developing the varietal series in our country and achieving the productive potential that will be part of commercial success in the future.
