Corteva launches podcast channel on Smartcherry

“Solutions for cherry tree diseases” This is the title of the inaugural episode of Corteva Podcast on our platform. In this first episode, Fabián Suescun, Market Developer Ñuble Sur – Biobío, together with Bernardita López, Market Developer Ñuble Norte – Maule Sur, review fungal diseases that affect flowers and fruits in cherry trees along with the solutions that Corteva offers for phytosanitary control of Botrytis, Alternaria and Monilia, among others.

“There are several diseases that affect the species, some of viral, bacterial or fungal origin; in this content we will analyze the diseases of fungal origin, these can be separated, broadly speaking, into two initial groups, those that affect the vegetative development of the plants and those that directly affect the reproductive part, that is, flowers and fruits, in this content we will focus on those diseases that affect flowers and fruits and that can be classified, normally, as blights”, announces Fabian Suescun, Market Developer Ñuble Sur – Biobío.

Corteva, a world leader in crop protection and offering different solutions for cherry production, is making its new podcast channel available to the industry, in which different specialists will analyze various topics related to cherry cultivation.
