OLIVOS Riego has just announced excellent news: the innovation team has started to conduct creativity workshops, in order to find solutions to challenges, and then turn them into projects with concrete actions.
Initially, the workshops began with the logistics team, but will continue to advance with the different areas, to radically challenge the availability of water.
The workshops, designed for the company's employees, aim to guide the team to find a goal, work as a group, rely on the skills of each employee and thus enhance what each area needs to do or complement creative ideas.
