The recent seminar “How technologies become tools for water efficiency” was a great success, with the participation of more than 90 OLIVOS irrigation clients.
The event, held within the framework of the May 2022 Seminar, was attended by prominent speakers, including: Arturo Calderón Orellana, Agricultural Advisor, Specialist in Fruit Growing and Water Relations, who spoke about “Measurements of water relations”; Andrés Olivos, Innovation Manager, OLIVOS irrigation, on “Current water scarcity in Chile and the world + Water Efficiency Project + Success stories in irrigation decision-making”. In turn, Nicolás Torres Cisternas, Deputy Technology Manager, OLIVOS irrigation, spoke about how technologies help to be efficient in agriculture + O-Live Platform, and Mauricio Calderón Orellana, Agronomic Coordinator, OLIVOS irrigation, about the Support Program for clients in the use of technologies in irrigation systems.
Finally, Manuel José Prieto Pérez, Head of After-Sales, OLIVOS irrigation, and Antonio Vidaurre, Head of Materials, OLIVOS irrigation, also participated, speaking about competitiveness, efficiency, diagnosis and maintenance in irrigation products and services.
