Cabe destacar que Canala-Echeverr\u00eda es tambi\u00e9n el vicepresidente del Consejo Empresarial Chile-Corea de Sofofa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bajo el lema&nbsp;<em>\u201cAlianza conjunta entre Corea y Chile para el crecimiento sostenible y las industrias del futuro\u201d<\/em>, la instancia reuni\u00f3 a altas autoridades gubernamentales como el subsecretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Patricio Torres; la subsecretaria de Relaciones Econ\u00f3micas Internacionales, Paula Est\u00e9vez; el ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Corea del Sur, Cho Hyun; y el ministro de Comercio, Industria y Recursos de ese pa\u00eds, Kim Jung-kwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la jornada, representantes de gremios nacionales, junto a representantes de gigantes corporativos coreanos como Hyundai, LG, POSCO, LS y Naver, abordaron los desaf\u00edos de la agenda bilateral. La participaci\u00f3n de Frutas de Chile subraya la relevancia de consolidar la presencia del sector frut\u00edcola en el mercado coreano, en una coyuntura clave donde se busca la modernizaci\u00f3n del Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) vigente desde 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras el encuentro, el representante de Frutas de Chile destac\u00f3 que <em>\u00abcomo Frutas de Chile estamos muy contentos de haber participado en esta reuni\u00f3n, donde se analizaron diversos temas para impulsar el comercio bilateral\u00a0 y las relaciones entre ambas naciones. Corea es el cuarto destino de las exportaciones de frutas frescas chilenas en Asia, con un gran potencial de crecimiento. Por ello, estamos trabajando en el ingreso de nuestras ciruelas frescas a Corea, lo cual entendemos que es un proceso complejo, m\u00e1s a\u00fan considerando el hecho que ser\u00edamos el primer pa\u00eds en lograrlo, pero se va avanzando junto a la necesidad de modernizar el TLC con Corea, firmado el a\u00f1o 2004\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El representante de Frutas de Chile agreg\u00f3 que,<strong> durante la temporada 2024-25, Chile export\u00f3 al mercado coreano cerca de 40 mil toneladas de frutas frescas. El 36% fue de uvas de mesa, 27% limones, 16% cerezas, 15% ar\u00e1ndanos, y 6% ar\u00e1ndanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otros sectores<\/strong><br>A las oportunidades para el sector frut\u00edcola y alimentario se sumaron ejes de cooperaci\u00f3n en minerales cr\u00edticos, transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, transformaci\u00f3n digital, inteligencia artificial y tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al respecto, la presidenta de Sofofa, Rosario Navarro, enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de actualizar el marco comercial bilateral:<em> \u00abDesde SOFOFA, y particularmente desde el Consejo Empresarial Chile-Corea, estamos convencidos de que es el momento de dar un impulso a la modernizaci\u00f3n de nuestro tratado comercial. El desaf\u00edo ahora es transformar ese trabajo en un acuerdo moderno, ambicioso y capaz de responder a las oportunidades del siglo XXI\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El encuentro concluy\u00f3 con el compromiso de Sofofa y los gremios participantes de continuar promoviendo espacios de di\u00e1logo e integraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica-privada que consoliden el
