Esa es la pregunta que Juan Pablo Matte Risopatr\u00f3n, Gerente de Innovaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Proyectos Industriales Johnson (PIJ), busc\u00f3 responder con el p\u00f3ster&nbsp; \u00abCadena de Humedad\u00bb, donde analiza la metodolog\u00eda que controla la humidificaci\u00f3n en cada etapa del proceso postcosecha, desde la cosecha hasta el transporte mar\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El resultado: <\/strong>aplicada de forma integral, la metodolog\u00eda logra reducir hasta un <strong>80% la deshidrataci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la fruta en todo el proceso, con etapas donde la mejora llega incluso al 94%.
