Ese fue uno de los principales mensajes que entreg\u00f3 Carlos Silva luego de participar en el foro \u00ab\u00bfC\u00f3mo enfrentar el segundo tiempo? An\u00e1lisis desde la mirada del productor\u00bb, realizado en la cuarta versi\u00f3n de CherryTech.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras su participaci\u00f3n en el panel, el ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo plante\u00f3 que uno de los principales desaf\u00edos es reducir la distancia que hist\u00f3ricamente ha existido entre productores y exportadoras. A su juicio, ambos actores deben comprender las dificultades que enfrenta el otro para construir una relaci\u00f3n verdaderamente estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00abEl productor necesita entender c\u00f3mo se vende la fruta, d\u00f3nde llega y qui\u00e9n la compra, mientras que la exportadora debe comprender el esfuerzo que significa producir un kilo de cerezas de alta calidad\u00bb<\/em>, se\u00f1al\u00f3. En esa l\u00ednea, explic\u00f3 que la calidad no puede transformarse en una variable de ajuste frente a temporadas dif\u00edciles. Record\u00f3 experiencias vividas en otros rubros frut\u00edcolas y advirti\u00f3 que disminuir las inversiones en manejo termina deteriorando los huertos y comprometiendo la viabilidad del negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, coincidi\u00f3 con la necesidad de avanzar hacia est\u00e1ndares objetivos que permitan identificar y diferenciar la fruta de mayor calidad. En su opini\u00f3n, par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos medibles durante la cosecha y la recepci\u00f3n permitir\u00edan establecer incentivos para quienes logran producir cerezas premium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00abTenemos que diferenciar el producto que llega a China. El productor que hace las cosas bien y logra fruta de alta calidad debe recibir un reconocimiento, mientras que los manejos deficientes deben reflejarse en el sistema.
