As\u00ed lo plante\u00f3 el asesor especialista en ar\u00e1ndanos y cerezas, Christian Gallegos, durante su participaci\u00f3n en el segundo foro de CherryTech 2026, donde analiz\u00f3 los desaf\u00edos que enfrenta la industria tras dos temporadas marcadas por menores retornos.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo, el principal objetivo de los productores debe ser incrementar la producci\u00f3n de fruta exportable, ya que reducir costos por hect\u00e1rea no necesariamente mejora los resultados econ\u00f3micos. <em>\u00abHoy el objetivo es bajar los costos por kilo y eso se logra aumentando la cantidad de fruta exportada por hect\u00e1rea\u00bb<\/em>, explic\u00f3, a\u00f1adiendo que el negocio requiere combinar volumen y calidad, priorizando fruta firme y con una alta proporci\u00f3n de calibres Jumbo o superiores, condiciones que responden a las actuales exigencias del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese contexto, afirm\u00f3 que el umbral de competitividad tambi\u00e9n cambi\u00f3.
