En conversaci\u00f3n con Smartcherry, y en el marco de su participaci\u00f3n en uno de los foros del encuentro, explic\u00f3 que la rentabilidad futura del cerezo depender\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s de la capacidad de los huertos para producir mayores vol\u00famenes de fruta exportable, manteniendo est\u00e1ndares de calidad, firmeza y sabor.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abLa \u00fanica forma de diluir los costos fijos es tener m\u00e1s kilos por hect\u00e1rea, pero fruta que realmente cumpla con lo que el mercado exige\u00bb<\/em>, manifest\u00f3, advirtiendo que existe un porcentaje importante de proyectos en Chile que a\u00fan no alcanzan niveles productivos competitivos y que se encuentran por debajo de una \u00abl\u00ednea de flotaci\u00f3n\u00bb cercana a los 12 mil kilos por hect\u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para revertir esa situaci\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que las decisiones t\u00e9cnicas deben comenzar desde la poda y la regulaci\u00f3n de carga, donde se juega gran parte del resultado final.
