El descanso invernal es uno de los factores clave para lograr una brotaci\u00f3n uniforme, buena floraci\u00f3n y una producci\u00f3n equilibrada en cerezos. Para entender si el huerto est\u00e1 acumulando el fr\u00edo necesario, existen dos formas de medirlo: horas fr\u00edo y porciones de fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Horas fr\u00edo
<\/strong>Es el m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s tradicional. Consiste en contabilizar las horas en que la temperatura se mantiene bajo ciertos umbrales (generalmente bajo 7 \u00b0C).
