Productos como las nueces, cerezas y kiwis chilenos tienen un posicionamiento de prestigio en nuestro mercado\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, India es un mercado atractivo tambi\u00e9n para Chile, no s\u00f3lo por su gran poblaci\u00f3n de cerca de 1.500 millones de habitantes, sino que porque su econom\u00eda ha venido creciendo de manera importante. \u00ab<em>La clase media india est\u00e1 creciendo y busca alimentos saludables; Chile tiene exactamente lo que ese segmento demanda<\/em>\u00ab, observ\u00f3 Lohani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es en este marco que visitaron las oficinas de Frutas de Chile representantes de Penalara India Private Limited, empresa privada de Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, dedicada principalmente a\u00a0actividades comerciales (trading), buscando conocer la industria chilena para establecer a futuro contactos con empresas del sector y establecer negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abPara Frutas de Chile este tipo de encuentros son importantes, pues no s\u00f3lo nos permiten estrechar relaciones y dar a conocer nuestro sector, sino que tambi\u00e9n se enmarcan en nuestros objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos, donde hemos definido a India como un mercado clave donde se debe avanzar, lo cual ha sido respaldado tambi\u00e9n por un inter\u00e9s del\u00a0 Gobierno por marcar mayor presencia y acercamiento con este mercado, lo cual finalmente se ha\u00a0materializado en una serie de acciones p\u00fablico-privadas, como la visita de Estado del Presidente Boric a India, donde particip\u00f3 el presidente de Frutas de Chile, adem\u00e1s de foros empresarias y promociones. Pero sin duda lo m\u00e1s importante es nuestra participaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n en las negociaciones que se han realizado en New Delhi y Santiago para alcanzar un Acuerdo de Asociaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica Integral (CEPA), el cual ya va en su cuarta ronda.
