Durante la fase final de desarrollo del fruto, este elemento es determinante para alcanzar color, tama\u00f1o y firmeza de exportaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K-MAD\u00ae es una formulaci\u00f3n innovadora de la empresa CODA dise\u00f1adas para suplir la alta demanda de potasio antes de la cosecha, en momentos donde la absorci\u00f3n radicular puede estar limitada. Esta formulaci\u00f3n busca mejorar el metabolismo fotosint\u00e9tico, la translocaci\u00f3n de az\u00facares y la s\u00edntesis de pigmentos, optimizando la calidad comercial y uniformidad de la cosecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Objetivo general<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evaluar el efecto de la aplicaci\u00f3n pre-cosecha del producto K-MAD\u00ae, sobre los par\u00e1metros de calidad (peso, calibre, color y s\u00f3lidos solubles) de frutos de cerezo cv. Santina, Lapins y Bing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Materiales y m\u00e9todos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Sitios experimentales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los ensayos se desarrollaron en tres predios comerciales de la Regi\u00f3n del Maule (Chile) en las comunas de Huala\u00f1\u00e9 y Curic\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las variedades evaluadas fueron Santina, Lapins y Bing, todas sobre portainjertos de la serie Colt, CAB-6P o Maxma 14, con sistemas de conducci\u00f3n tipo eje central o V-trellis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Tratamientos y dise\u00f1o experimental<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se aplicaron los siguientes tratamientos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>K-MAD\u00ae: 40 L ha\u207b\u00b9, divididos en dos aplicaciones de 20 L ha\u207b\u00b9 v\u00eda riego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testigo (sin aplicaci\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los tratamientos se evaluaron en parcelas de 0,5 \u2013 3 ha seg\u00fan predio, utilizando un dise\u00f1o comparativo simple con recolecci\u00f3n aleatoria de muestras de fruto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. Par\u00e1metros evaluados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cada tratamiento se recolectaron 30\u201380 frutos al azar, evaluando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peso del fruto (g) mediante balanza electr\u00f3nica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Di\u00e1metro (mm) con calibrador digital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f3lidos solubles (\u00b0Brix) con refract\u00f3metro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color de epidermis, categorizado en escala visual de ocho niveles (de \u201clight\u201d a \u201cnegro\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, 30 d\u00edas post-cosecha se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis foliar para determinar el contenido residual de potasio en hojas (m\u00e9todo Dumas y Kjeldahl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Resultados principales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Calibre y peso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los frutos tratados con K-MAD\u00ae mostraron calibres dominantes entre 26\u201332 mm (Jumbo\u20132J-3J), superando los m\u00ednimos de exportaci\u00f3n asi\u00e1ticos (\u2265 26 mm), mientras que los pesos se distribuyeron en su mayor\u00eda entre 10\u201314 g. En el caso de Santina, el 83 % de los frutos super\u00f3 el calibre Jumbo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. S\u00f3lidos solubles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los tratamientos con potasio elevaron los contenidos de az\u00facares entre 16\u201321 \u00b0Brix, con medias de 17,5\u201318 \u00b0Brix, frente a valores menores en los testigos. Este efecto se asocia a una mayor translocaci\u00f3n de carbohidratos y regulaci\u00f3n osm\u00f3tica, favoreciendo la acumulaci\u00f3n de az\u00facares en el fruto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3. Color de frutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tratamiento K-MAD\u00ae logr\u00f3 porcentajes de color rojo-caoba y caoba superiores al 70 %, comparado con 40\u201350 % en los testigos, lo cual anticipa la cosecha y mejora la calidad visual requerida por mercados asi\u00e1ticos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4. Contenido foliar de potasio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El potasio foliar post-cosecha se mantuvo alto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2,43 % en Santina (Huala\u00f1e)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,77 % en Lapins (Huala\u00f1e),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3,06 % en Santina (Curic\u00f3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos valores se encuentran dentro o sobre los rangos \u00f3ptimos (1,6\u20133,0 %), demostrando que las aplicaciones de este producto, no solo mejoraron la calidad de fruto, sino que tambi\u00e9n fortalecieron el estado nutricional poscosecha, favoreciendo la recuperaci\u00f3n de reservas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Discusi\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los resultados obtenidos con dichas mediciones, concuerdan con literatura reciente, que se\u00f1ala el rol del potasio en la s\u00edntesis de antocianinas y acumulaci\u00f3n de az\u00facares en frutales de carozo (Mengel &amp; Kirkby, 2001; Esteban et al., 2015). La relaci\u00f3n entre mayor \u00b0Brix y color m\u00e1s intenso evidencia que K-MAD\u00ae optimiza el metabolismo del carbono y la eficiencia fotosint\u00e9tica en la etapa de maduraci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte, el mantenimiento de altos niveles de potasio foliar post-cosecha sugiere una reposici\u00f3n efectiva de reservas, lo que es crucial para los procesos de brotaci\u00f3n y floraci\u00f3n de la siguiente temporada. Todo esto, gracias a su composici\u00f3n con amino\u00e1cidos libres que potencian la absorci\u00f3n radicular, y posterior asimilaci\u00f3n metab\u00f3lica del potasio, potenciando su efecto fisiol\u00f3gico sin necesidad de estimular el sistema radicular con otros productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K-Mad\u00ae ofrece una tecnolog\u00eda fisiol\u00f3gicamente eficiente, que mantiene el potasio en forma disponible, favorece la absorci\u00f3n de potasio por las ra\u00edces frente al estr\u00e9s salino e incrementa la eficiencia del uso de nutrientes y la calidad final del fruto. En suelos con alta salinidad, arcillas expansivas o infiltraci\u00f3n limitada, el uso de fertilizantes pot\u00e1sicos gen\u00e9ricos puede agravar el problema estructural y osm\u00f3tico del sistema suelo-planta; en estos casos K-Mad\u00ae no solo puede reemplazar al potasio convencional, sino que transforma la nutrici\u00f3n en una herramienta fisiol\u00f3gica, capaz de sostener rendimiento y calidad incluso en ambientes ed\u00e1ficamente restrictivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En condiciones de suelos arcillosos y salinos, ensayos en cerezo, uva de mesa y palto han mostrado que K-Mad\u00ae:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incrementa el nivel foliar de potasio (K foliar) en un 15\u201325%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce la conductividad el\u00e9ctrica de la soluci\u00f3n del suelo en 10\u201320% frente a KCl o K\u2082SO\u2084.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejora la coloraci\u00f3n, firmeza y s\u00f3lidos solubles de los frutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disminuye la susceptibilidad a fisiopat\u00edas asociadas a estr\u00e9s osm\u00f3tico, como cracking o ablandamiento prematuro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Conclusiones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La aplicaci\u00f3n de K-MAD\u00ae incrementa significativamente el color, calibre, peso y s\u00f3lidos solubles de las cerezas en comparaci\u00f3n con los tratamientos testigo.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con K-MAD\u00ae se logr\u00f3 anticipar la maduraci\u00f3n y mejorar la uniformidad de cosecha, lo que representa una ventaja comercial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los niveles foliares de potasio se mantuvieron altos despu\u00e9s de la cosecha, indicando eficiencia en la absorci\u00f3n y persistencia del nutriente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es una muy buena alternativa como fuente de potasio en condiciones restrictivas de suelo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
