Y una vez m\u00e1s, las frutas frescas fueron protagonistas del buen desempe\u00f1o, encabezadas por las cerezas, uvas y kiwis.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con cifras del Departamento de Inteligencia de Mercados de ProChile, basadas en datos del Servicio Nacional de Aduanas, los env\u00edos frut\u00edcolas experimentaron alzas notables tanto en volumen como en valor, en un contexto internacional marcado por desaf\u00edos log\u00edsticos, clim\u00e1ticos y geopol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La cereza contin\u00faa liderando el crecimiento del sector<br>El rubro frut\u00edcola estuvo liderado por las cerezas frescas, que registraron un valor exportado de US$ 2.243 millones, con un crecimiento interanual del 14,4\u202f%. Este resultado consolida a este fruto como el segundo producto de exportaci\u00f3n alimentaria del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, s\u00f3lo superado por el salm\u00f3n, y reafirma su rol estrat\u00e9gico en la temporada estival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fruta estrella mantuvo su atractivo en China y Estados Unidos, pero tambi\u00e9n se diversificaron los destinos hacia Asia emergente y Europa, impulsados por campa\u00f1as de promoci\u00f3n y una oferta consistente en calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La uva de mesa alcanz\u00f3 los US$ 325 millones, un aumento del 10,9\u202f%, en l\u00ednea con una mejor campa\u00f1a exportadora en variedades blancas y rojas sin semilla, mientras que los kiwis totalizaron US$ 155 millones, con un crecimiento del 11,6\u202f%, gracias a una mejora en calibres y firmeza, junto a una valorizaci\u00f3n del producto en mercados como Corea del Sur, India y Europa del Este.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dinamismo del sector frut\u00edcola<br><\/strong>El dinamismo del sector frut\u00edcola chileno sigue sorprendiendo. A poco m\u00e1s de la mitad del a\u00f1o, el pa\u00eds ya ha superado los US$ 5.000 millones en exportaciones de frutas frescas y frutos secos combinados, con proyecciones auspiciosas para la segunda mitad, especialmente en c\u00edtricos, ar\u00e1ndanos y manzanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mirada ahora est\u00e1 puesta en seguir diversificando mercados, mejorando log\u00edstica portuaria, adapt\u00e1ndose al cambio clim\u00e1tico y consolidando el liderazgo de Chile como proveedor global de frutas de calidad.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dicho crecimiento se tradujo en m\u00e1s de US$ 2.700 millones exportados entre enero y junio de 2025.
