El pasado 17 de junio, y al igual que en la versi\u00f3n anterior de este exitoso evento, se presentaron investigaciones en formato de p\u00f3sters digitales, abordando temas cruciales sobre el cultivo de la cereza.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento t\u00e9cnico m\u00e1s relevante del a\u00f1o para la industria de las cerezas, CherryTech 2025, celebr\u00f3 con gran \u00e9xito su tercera versi\u00f3n. Al desarrollo de tres clases magistrales y tres foros, a cargo de especialistas de alto nivel que entregaron su an\u00e1lisis sobre diversos aspectos del sector, se incorpor\u00f3 la exhibici\u00f3n de una serie de investigaciones presentadas en formato de p\u00f3sters, las cuales atrajeron la atenci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s de 1.600 asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las \u00e1reas de inter\u00e9s incluyeron aplicaci\u00f3n de bioestimulantes, polifenoles naturales para mejorar la resiliencia del cerezo frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico, inteligencia artificial y calidad de yemas florales en cerezo y nanotecnolog\u00eda aplicada al suministro eficiente de calcio en yemas florales, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estos p\u00f3sters no s\u00f3lo ofrecieron una oportunidad para que los investigadores compartieran sus hallazgos, sino tambi\u00e9n para que los asistentes interactuaran directamente con los autores, profundizando en los detalles de cada estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El galard\u00f3n fue para el p\u00f3ster presentado por Luis Villalobos, bioqu\u00edmico, Doctor en Ciencias Silvoagropecuarias y Veterinarias e integrante del Centro de Estudios Avanzados en Fruticultura (CEAF)<\/strong>. \u00c9l fue uno de los autores del trabajo \u00abRespuesta de portainjertos de cerezo a inoculaciones con Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae durante el receso invernal y su efecto sobre el crecimiento vegetativo en la temporada\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El estudio evalu\u00f3 la respuesta de portainjertos comerciales de cerezo frente a inoculaciones con diferentes concentraciones de Pss durante el invierno, analiz\u00e1ndose variables fisiol\u00f3gicas como el crecimiento vegetativo, el estado h\u00eddrico y la tasa fotosint\u00e9tica, con el objetivo de comprender c\u00f3mo el portainjerto puede influir en la progresi\u00f3n de la enfermedad y en la fisiolog\u00eda de la planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abDesde mi perspectiva personal, participar en instancias como CherryTech representa una valiosa oportunidad para conocer en profundidad los desaf\u00edos t\u00e9cnicos que enfrenta la producci\u00f3n de cerezas en Chile, abarcando aspectos que van desde el manejo en campo hasta la postcosecha y la log\u00edstica de distribuci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 Luis Villalobos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abEste tipo de encuentros no s\u00f3lo permite actualizar conocimientos, sino tambi\u00e9n favorece el intercambio entre investigadores, asesores y actores del sector productivo, generando un espacio fundamental para el di\u00e1logo y la colaboraci\u00f3n. Estoy convencido de que la convergencia entre ciencia y producci\u00f3n es clave para transformar los desaf\u00edos agr\u00edcolas en soluciones innovadoras y sustentadas en evidencia. Por ello, recibir un reconocimiento en este contexto es motivo de orgullo personal, y tambi\u00e9n un reflejo del trabajo colectivo del equipo cient\u00edfico de CEAF\u00bb<\/em>, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el representante del p\u00f3ster ganador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta instancia de unir la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica con el conocimiento contingente y t\u00e9cnico fue muy valorado por los asistentes y demuestra que generar una plataforma para el intercambio de conocimientos y la promoci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, facilita la conexi\u00f3n y motiva que cada a\u00f1o m\u00e1s personas sean parte de eventos de gran valor como CherryTech 2025.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
