Se trata de un instrumento emblem\u00e1tico de la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica para el desarrollo exportador del pa\u00eds, que ha permitido posicionar a Chile como un actor relevante en el comercio internacional de alimentos, productos forestales y bienes de origen rural.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para dimensionar su impacto, la Oficina de Estudios y Pol\u00edticas Agrarias (Odepa) encarg\u00f3 un estudio de evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o del Fondo en su per\u00edodo 2014\u20132024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis destaca que las empresas beneficiadas por el FPESA aumentaron en promedio un 10% sus exportaciones entre 2004 y 2014, <strong>logrando consolidar productos como las cerezas y las nueces en mercados tan exigentes como China e India.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus efectos directos, el estudio tambi\u00e9n evidencia externalidades positivas relevantes: las acciones de promoci\u00f3n internacional coordinadas por ProChile con la Subsecretar\u00eda de Agricultura y el sector privado han generado beneficios que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las empresas participantes, fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de Chile como proveedor confiable y competitivo a nivel global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"585\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Columna-subsecretaria-agricultura_exportaciones-silvoagropecuarias-1024x585.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45672\" style=\"width:730px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Columna-subsecretaria-agricultura_exportaciones-silvoagropecuarias-1024x585.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Columna-subsecretaria-agricultura_exportaciones-silvoagropecuarias-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Columna-subsecretaria-agricultura_exportaciones-silvoagropecuarias-768x439.jpg 768w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Columna-subsecretaria-agricultura_exportaciones-silvoagropecuarias-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Columna-subsecretaria-agricultura_exportaciones-silvoagropecuarias.jpg 1400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En un escenario de incertidumbres globales, valoramos profundamente estos resultados. El FPESA refleja lo mejor de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica orientada a fortalecer la competitividad del sector silvoagropecuario en armon\u00eda con los territorios, las comunidades y el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l\u00ednea con las prioridades del gobierno del Presidente Gabriel Boric, este fondo ha sido una herramienta clave para avanzar hacia una agricultura sostenible, con foco en la inclusi\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os y medianos productores, la equidad territorial y la agregaci\u00f3n de valor mediante pr\u00e1cticas productivas sostenibles e innovadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo mismo, miramos hacia adelante con un fuerte sentido de compromiso. El desaf\u00edo es seguir empujando proyectos que impulsen la diversificaci\u00f3n de destinos, fortalezcan la sostenibilidad de la oferta exportable y promuevan productos con alto valor agregado, que representen nuestra diversidad territorial, patrimonial y cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treinta a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de su creaci\u00f3n, el Fondo de Promoci\u00f3n de Exportaciones Silvoagropecuarias sigue vigente, y m\u00e1s necesario que nunca.
