\u00bfQu\u00e9 ejes de acci\u00f3n trabajan hoy d\u00eda en Chile con relaci\u00f3n a la agricultura?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUPL es una empresa especializada en ofrecer soluciones agr\u00edcolas sostenibles, abarcando desde protecci\u00f3n de cultivos hasta biosoluciones innovadoras. Su misi\u00f3n es transformar la agricultura mediante pr\u00e1cticas que promuevan la sostenibilidad, la eficiencia y la rentabilidad para los agricultores. En Chile y en el mundo, opera bajo la iniciativa OpenAg, que promueve una red de agricultura abierta y sin fronteras, fomentando un crecimiento sostenible y de colaboraci\u00f3n, lo que se logra a trav\u00e9s de 3 pilares: Seguridad alimentaria sostenible, sostenibilidad econ\u00f3mica y social, y sostenibilidad medioambiental\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo desde soluciones innovadoras y de calidad podemos aportar a una agricultura m\u00e1s sostenible?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCon la l\u00ednea NPP Natural Plant Protection, UPL ofrece a los productores una cartera completa de biosoluciones que cubren la nutrici\u00f3n y capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n de los cultivos, la protecci\u00f3n contra plagas y enfermedades, cero residuos, y la salud del suelo. M\u00e1s del 30% de los productos que hoy ofrecemos a nuestros agricultores pertenecen a esta l\u00ednea; sin embargo, estos productos se pueden combinar con las soluciones convencionales de UPL, ofreciendo a los agricultores un paquete de insumos m\u00e1s eficiente, efectivo y sostenible\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo ven el avance de Chile en una agricultura sostenible y regenerativa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEn Chile, la agricultura sustentable y regenerativa ha experimentado avances significativos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, impulsado por la necesidad de enfrentar diversos desaf\u00edos como son la restricci\u00f3n de activos en la producci\u00f3n, la menor disponibilidad de recursos, la degradaci\u00f3n de suelo y la demanda de pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s sostenibles. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se ha prohibido el uso de mol\u00e9culas tradicionales y de gran uso, lo que promueve el desarrollo, validaci\u00f3n y uso de alternativas que sean m\u00e1s amigables con las personas y el medio ambiente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la visi\u00f3n a mediano y largo plazo que tienen de los avances en Chile y el mundo en una agricultura sostenible que asegure alimentos sanos e inocuos y tambi\u00e9n mejorar suelos y ecosistemas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPara UPL, la salud del suelo, la huella de carbono, la agricultura regenerativa y el respeto de la tierra son temas de vital importancia. Una de las iniciativas globales es Gigaton Challenge, que tiene por objetivo la reducci\u00f3n de una gigatonelada de di\u00f3xido de carbono atmosf\u00e9rico para el a\u00f1o 2040. Esta meta se alcanzar\u00e1 incentivando y apoyando a los productores en la adopci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas sostenibles y regenerativas, ofreciendo soluciones que permitan producir con un menor impacto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 actividades tienen para este a\u00f1o en carpeta o para el 2025, participar\u00e1n u organizar\u00e1n alg\u00fan evento o actividad importante?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsperamos, prontamente, realizar un lanzamiento de productos pertenecientes a la l\u00ednea NPP, relacionados con bioestimulaci\u00f3n y biocontrol, para otorgar m\u00e1s soluciones a nuestros clientes. Adem\u00e1s, firmar 2 grandes acuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n y vinculaci\u00f3n con una universidad referente a la agricultura y un gremio que trabaja con escuelas relacionadas con el mundo agr\u00edcola\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si hablamos de un producto que sea l\u00edder en la agricultura sostenible o regenerativa que est\u00e9n utilizando con \u00e9xito en Chile o LATAM, qu\u00e9 producto nos recomendar\u00edas y porqu\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA trav\u00e9s de su l\u00ednea de feromonas y un enfoque integral en el manejo de plagas, UPL ha fortalecido su posici\u00f3n como l\u00edder en el mercado chileno, contribuyendo al desarrollo de una agricultura m\u00e1s sostenible y eficiente. Se destaca Isonet-L como el producto ampliamente utilizado para el control de Lobesia botrana<\/em>, debido a la eficacia y consistencia que ha mostrado en el control de la plaga. Otro producto que representa una importante soluci\u00f3n para avanzar hacia pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s sostenibles y alineadas con las tendencias globales de reducci\u00f3n de residuos es Vacciplant, un inductor y activador de los mecanismos de autodefensa de las plantas, prepar\u00e1ndolas para combatir eficazmente una amplia variedad de pat\u00f3genos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipos de cultivos o productores deber\u00edan conocer su oferta de productos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
