Para enfrentar este desaf\u00edo, el equipo de Agrocover, liderado por Jos\u00e9 Pablo Donoso, recomienda el uso de cobertores como una soluci\u00f3n efectiva para mitigar estos efectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan asevera el representante de Agrocover, existen dos principales formas en que las cerezas pueden presentar partiduras debido al agua. La primera es la absorci\u00f3n radicular, que ocurre cuando, despu\u00e9s de intensas lluvias, el sistema radicular de la planta absorbe gran cantidad de agua sin minerales, provocando que el fruto se expanda hasta romperse. La segunda es cuando el agua de lluvia entra directamente en contacto con el fruto, lo cual, por osmosis, hace que la pared celular del fruto ceda y se produzca la partidura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cobertores son fundamentales para evitar que el agua se deposite directamente sobre la fruta, reduciendo as\u00ed el riesgo de partiduras por contacto directo. Adem\u00e1s, al instalar los cobertores, el agua de lluvia se concentra en la entrilera y se mantiene alejada de las ra\u00edces. \u201cMuchos productores aplican sales en la zona de escurrimiento superficial de los cobertores para que el agua cargada de sales sea absorbida m\u00e1s lentamente, minimizando la absorci\u00f3n radicular excesiva que puede llevar a la partidura\u201d, explica Jos\u00e9 Pablo Donoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrocover resalta que el uso de cobertores es una medida 100% efectiva para mitigar las partiduras en la fase de maduraci\u00f3n, siendo una pr\u00e1ctica preventiva esencial para asegurar la calidad del fruto en periodos de lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como recomendaci\u00f3n adicional, Donoso sugiere a los productores revisar las estructuras de los
