{"id":39737,"date":"2024-10-03T18:41:30","date_gmt":"2024-10-03T22:41:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/?p=39737"},"modified":"2024-10-03T18:41:33","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T22:41:33","slug":"en-nuble-investigadores-abordaron-aspectos-de-postcosecha-que-incrementan-calidad-en-cerezas-de-exportacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/en\/noticias\/en-nuble-investigadores-abordaron-aspectos-de-postcosecha-que-incrementan-calidad-en-cerezas-de-exportacion\/","title":{"rendered":"En \u00d1uble investigadores abordaron aspectos de postcosecha que incrementan calidad en cerezas de exportaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Proyecto, impulsado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores de \u00d1uble y con financiamiento del Gobierno Regional, permiti\u00f3 a investigadores de INIA identificar elementos que permiten a las principales variedades de exportaci\u00f3n, soportar viajes a China, anticipando eventuales p\u00e9rdidas de firmeza y frescura de la fruta.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chile es el principal proveedor de cerezas para China, exportando alrededor del 95% de su producci\u00f3n total a este mercado. En la temporada 2023-2024, m\u00e1s de 400 mil toneladas de cerezas chilenas fueron enviadas al gigante asi\u00e1tico. La log\u00edstica detr\u00e1s de este proceso est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para garantizar que la fruta llegue en \u00f3ptimas condiciones para el a\u00f1o nuevo chino, a pesar de que siempre puede haber imprevistos que puedan retrasar el desembarco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones de poscosecha de las cerezas, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Agricultores de \u00d1uble gestion\u00f3 ante el gobierno regional la necesidad de que investigadores de INIA, trabajaran en identificar aquellas condiciones que aseguren una buena calidad de fruta, lo que se tradujo en el proyecto \u00abOptimizaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n de cosecha en cereza\u00bb. Ello posibilit\u00f3 que se abordaran aspectos cruciales de poscosecha, como el uso de recipientes de cosecha adecuados, estados \u00f3ptimos de madurez y estrategias de tiempo de almacenaje para asegurar la calidad de fruta exportada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"688\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-1-1024x688.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39740\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-1-1024x688.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-1-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-1-768x516.jpg 768w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-1-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-1.jpg 1461w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Diferencias entre variedades<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un seminario que reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 50 productores de la regi\u00f3n, Cristi\u00e1n Balbont\u00edn, investigador de INIA Quilamapu y coordinador general del proyecto, present\u00f3 los resultados del estudio sobre las principales variedades de cerezas cultivadas en \u00d1uble. Indic\u00f3 que el trabajo se centr\u00f3 en analizar los estados de madurez de la fruta y c\u00f3mo estos impactan en su calidad durante el almacenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEs fundamental entender c\u00f3mo la maduraci\u00f3n influye en la calidad de la fruta al llegar al mercado final, lo que incluye el tiempo de almacenamiento, el periodo en estanter\u00eda y el momento de cosecha,\u00bb enfatiz\u00f3 Balbont\u00edn, adem\u00e1s de detallar que este conocimiento es clave para optimizar la calidad de las cerezas enviadas a China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tanto el asesor Christian Gallegos, invitado al seminario, dijo que la calidad de la fruta es el resultado de las decisiones tomadas durante la pre-cosecha y la cosecha. \u00abLa calidad se construye desde la apertura de la flor hasta que se recolecta la fruta del \u00e1rbol\u201d, tras lo cual a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la poscosecha debe enfocarse en mantener la calidad lograda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el mismo sentido Cristi\u00e1n Balbont\u00edn recalc\u00f3 que tanto la pre y poscosecha deben estar en sinton\u00eda. \u00abPodemos hacer grandes esfuerzos en la poscosecha, pero si la fruta no tiene la calidad adecuada desde el inicio, ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil mantenerla\u201d. En tal sentido, Santina, Lapins, Regina y Kordia, que representan el 85 % de las variedades plantadas en Chile, tienen comportamientos distintos durante el almacenamiento. \u00abPor ejemplo, la variedad Santina no alcanza la firmeza de Kordia, pero puede aumentarla durante el almacenamiento en fr\u00edo (\u2026), sin embargo, pierde esa firmeza r\u00e1pidamente, a diferencia de Kordia,\u00bb explic\u00f3 Balbont\u00edn. Asimismo, mencion\u00f3 que el conocer estos detalles \u201cpermitir\u00eda priorizar los lotes de env\u00edo y adaptar el manejo de cada variedad para asegurar que lleguen a destino en perfectas condiciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An\u00e1lisis de calidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"699\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-2-1-1024x699.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39743\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-2-1-1024x699.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-2-1-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-2-1-768x524.jpg 768w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-2-1-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Cerezas-2-1.jpg 1244w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">??<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto permiti\u00f3 implementar las capacidades de an\u00e1lisis de laboratorio que ofrece informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre la calidad de los frutos, incluyendo firmeza, peso, s\u00f3lidos solubles, acidez titulable, des\u00f3rdenes de poscosecha y almacenamiento diferenciado. El investigador de INIA Quilamapu se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las capacidades instaladas no solo apoyan a los agricultores, sino tambi\u00e9n a empresas del sector, proporcionando datos precisos para tomar decisiones informadas sobre el manejo de la fruta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, Balbont\u00edn sostuvo que el proyecto dar\u00e1 origen a la pronta publicaci\u00f3n de un manual que recopilar\u00e1 los hallazgos y recomendaciones para los productores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el seminario de cierre del proyecto tambi\u00e9n expusieron los investigadores de INIA La Platina Edgard \u00c1lvarez y Bruno Defilippi, y el empresario Sebasti\u00e1n Johnson, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de considerar las condiciones de humedad y temperatura en la conservaci\u00f3n de la calidad durante la poscosecha.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chile es el principal proveedor de cerezas para China, exportando alrededor del 95% de su producci\u00f3n total a este mercado.
