Its main mission is to manage the obtaining of working capital and the funds necessary for the transition of Producers towards direct export, perhaps one of the few strategies that can make the producer&#039;s business viable over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The differential approach of Utilitas&#039; Financial Area stems from its ability to speak the same language as financial institutions, the management of guarantees, access to various sources of banking and non-banking financing such as investment funds, family offices, insurance companies, etc., and its knowledge of the export business. These capabilities facilitate negotiation in terms of coverage, indebtedness and terms, which allows a crucial economic advantage especially for producers seeking to make the leap to direct export. A transformation that not only generates higher margins, but also improves the company&#039;s image in the eyes of the various financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the years, Utilitas has demonstrated its ability to generate concrete financial solutions for producers who export directly with its service. It has obtained pre- and mid-season advances for working capital from receivers, financing for producers to pay their debts to traditional exporters so they can export directly, and managing credits with banks that have ranged from US$1.000.000 to US$1.000.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work of the Utilitas Financial Department begins with a qualitative and financial assessment to quickly determine whether the Producer is eligible for credit. It then continues with the identification of the best source of financing for the Producer&#039;s needs, the definition of an appropriate guarantee structure and the determination of the credit term
