When we talk about cherry trees, we are talking about a great challenge: first the flower, setting and the beginning of fruit growth. Then the intense vegetative and root growth begins, which brings with it transpiration (drag of water, nutrients and generation of sugars) that will allow the fruit of the season to develop and fill (Lemus, 2005).
