The synergies between the two companies began in 2021, when we signed an exclusive distribution agreement for the microorganism-based nitrogen fixation product BlueN\/Utrisha N. This collaboration strengthened the relationship between the two companies and allowed us to explore new areas of joint work,\u201d said the appointed CEO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raphael Godinho added: \u201cCorteva Agriscience recognized the potential of Symborg\u2019s innovative technologies and their ability to meet the growing demand for sustainable and profitable agricultural solutions. As part of Corteva Agriscience\u2019s Biological Division, Symborg will have access to greater resources and capabilities to drive innovation, accelerate new product development and maximize their market impact.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raphael Godinho, the new CEO, brings more than 18 years of experience in the global crop protection market. Prior to assuming this role, he served as Global Product Manager and Global Program Leader for Biologicals at Corteva. His relationship with Symborg began two years ago during the negotiation of the distribution agreement that enabled the expansion of the Utrisha\u2122 N and BlueN\u2122 nutrient efficiency optimization solutions for growers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of research and development, the company focuses on exploring new frontiers to meet the changing needs of its customers. Its approach is based on developing products that harness the power of microorganisms to improve plant health and increase crop productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, Symborg will face challenges such as climate change, extreme weather events, food security and new regulations.
