{"id":20603,"date":"2023-02-21T11:05:15","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T14:05:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/?p=20603"},"modified":"2023-02-21T11:05:38","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T14:05:38","slug":"nuevas-variedades-ana-chile-ofrecio-asesoria-tecnica-en-terreno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/en\/noticias\/nuevas-variedades-ana-chile-ofrecio-asesoria-tecnica-en-terreno\/","title":{"rendered":"New varieties: ANA Chile offered technical advice on the ground"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Producers of the Nimba cv., Pacific Red cv., Sweet Aryana\u00ae, Sweet Gabriel\u00ae and Frisco cv. cherry varieties were invited by ANA Chile to a technical consultation conducted by Walter Massman, where they were able to learn about the advances in the technical management of these varieties to achieve the best fruit potential, in addition to sharing their own experiences with the group and clarifying doubts.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day had two instances: The first part of the consultancy was carried out in a field of Macaya and Waak Ltda., in El Huique, Colchagua. The cherry advisor Walter Massman, together with Lorena Pinto - Head of Pomegranate &amp; Cherry Product at ANA Chile - presented a suggested technical management proposal to achieve the best fruit potential of these varieties. The group was able to see the Sweet Aryana\u00ae variety in the field, established in Colt in 2020, to continue with the Nimba cv.; Pacific Red cv., Sweet Gabriel\u00ae varieties, established in 2021 on the same rootstock. In this field, all the plants were trained in a V shape as a way of diluting vigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Imagen4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20604\" width=\"605\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Imagen4.jpg 800w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Imagen4-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Imagen4-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In its second part, the consultancy continued at Agro Vic \u2013 Hacienda Colchagua, where producers of Frisco cv. shared their experiences and were able to clarify technical doubts, in an open and enriching conversation. In this field, a plantation of Frisco cv. on Colt from 2018 was shown, which Walter Massman currently advises, whose greatest challenge is to reduce and control vigor to balance the tree and increase the quality of the fruit, reducing competition with the growth of the shoot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/foto-portada-noticia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20608\" width=\"-126\" height=\"-71\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/foto-portada-noticia.jpg 800w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/foto-portada-noticia-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/foto-portada-noticia-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>ANA Chile intends to continue this type of advice to producers who have acquired new varieties, in order to support them technically at the beginning of the production process.
