At Diagnofruit we have perfected those based on molecular biology, which are more precise and faster in their results.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The detection and quantification service can be carried out from water or dry surface samples, direct sampling from disinfection or transport pools or surface torulation of different dry sectors, considering packaging lines as well as refrigeration chambers, cooling tunnels, calibration machines, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the sample arrives at the laboratory, the DNA extraction process of each sample received begins, followed by a quantification of specific pathogens using qPCR, with specific primers and probes that couple with high sensitivity and specificity to pathogens such as <em>Botrytis, Alternaria, Penicillium<\/em> either <em>Monilinia<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_2256-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20226\" width=\"405\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_2256-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_2256-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_2256-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_2256-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_2256-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/smartcherry.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_2256-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 405px) 100vw, 405px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In a season when fruit moves and sells quickly, problems with contamination can be hidden, and rot does not have time to develop.
