Este 2020 no ser\u00e1 un\na\u00f1o f\u00e1cil, me atrevo incluso a vislumbrar que en el 2021 a\u00fan tendremos\ncoletazos importantes de lo que estamos viviendo hoy. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de que podamos\nsortear este virus de la mejor manera, tendremos muchos efectos colaterales y\nel mercado de la cereza ser\u00e1 uno m\u00e1s de ellos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A principios de a\u00f1o\ncuando estaba propag\u00e1ndose el virus en China, hubo una baja considerable de\nventa de las variedades m\u00e1s tard\u00edas, por el cierre de los mercados y\naislamiento en general de los puertos que recib\u00edan fruta debido a las medidas\ndel gobierno chino frente a la contingencia. Sin duda el escenario no fue el\npeor, si hubiera sido solo un par de semanas antes habr\u00eda sido catastr\u00f3fico\npara la industria en general. Pero sin \u00e1nimos de ser alarmistas tenemos que\nestar preparados para que tal vez a fines del 2020 las medidas sean a\u00fan m\u00e1s extremas\ny exista la remota posibilidad de que no contemos con ese mercado o con muchos\nm\u00e1s de forma normal. Entonces \u00bfc\u00f3mo nos preparamos, qu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos tendremos que\nsortear? \u00bfC\u00f3mo nos podemos anticipar a escenarios negativos?, son preguntas que\nse dejan \u201csobre la mesa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De lo que estoy\nseguro, y lo comento con mucho respeto a nuestros colegas especialistas, que\neste tipo de obst\u00e1culos hacen muy bien a nuestra industria, y m\u00e1s que afectarla\nde forma puntal, la fortalece para el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde un an\u00e1lisis\nmucho mas cercano, en mi \u00e1rea, considero tener en cuenta las medidas que\ndebemos tomar en los campos.&nbsp; Tomar\nconciencia con respecto a la utilizaci\u00f3n de la mano de obra en lo que respecta\na la eficiencia de las labores, en momentos justos y con una t\u00e9cnica certera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No dejar de lado el\nestudio de los programas de aplicaci\u00f3n, no solo de oto\u00f1o-invierno, sino tambi\u00e9n\nlo que vendr\u00e1 en primavera. No sabemos c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 la din\u00e1mica de adquisiciones y\nlog\u00edstica en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, y aunque parezca exagerado, quiz\u00e1s es\nimportante adelantarse en la gesti\u00f3n de algunos productos clave de cada\nprograma. Sin duda los programas utilizados la pasada temporada son una buena \u201choja\nde ruta\u201d para poder estimar que se utilizar\u00e1 en lo que viene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esperamos que como sociedad podamos enfrentar de mejor manera este incre\u00edble desaf\u00edo sanitario y social.
