Given their tumor-like characteristics (rounded, porous and hard), galls are easy to spot in the field, as these noticeable protuberances begin to appear on the surface, especially closer to the neck of the plant.<\/p>\n

To prevent this disease from causing damage to the orchard, and therefore to the quality of production, the Tavan specialist explains that it is essential to keep the affected plants as vigorous as possible, based on good nutrition, soil improvements and the application of rooting agents.<\/p>\n
