Mientras la temporada anterior estuvo marcada por pudriciones pardas, este a\u00f1o aumentaron significativamente los problemas asociados a hongos negros, heridas y levaduras, muchas veces vinculados a microfisuras, machucones y contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada en proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n dialogaron sobre el creciente desaf\u00edo que representan las levaduras y bacterias, microorganismos frente a los cuales las herramientas fungicidas tradicionales tienen menor efectividad. En ese contexto, ambos expertos coincidieron en que la industria debe avanzar hacia nuevas estrategias sanitarias y alternativas tecnol\u00f3gicas para enfrentar escenarios cada vez m\u00e1s exigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esto y mucho m\u00e1s trata el cap\u00edtulo.
